Marinating meat can be very time consuming and may even be one of the reasons you don’t do it often… I have a trick that will cut your time in half so you do not have to wait days on end. Add the liquid of a kiwi to your marinade to help speed up the process. Kiwi’s contain actinide an enzyme that helps to break down proteins. Just wait 30 minutes or less and the meat will be ready. Because of the kiwi your mrea will be incredibly tender.
